Eatsa’s futuristic approach ditches in-person cashiers by opting for a completely digital ordering and delivery system. For only $6.95, guests can build customized bowls via an in-store iPad or on their phones. Within a few minutes, your made-to-order meal is ready for pickup inside a personalized glass compartment, you pay via credit card, and you’re on your way. Any hungry city dweller understands cheap eats, quick service, and even better food is the key to survival in San Francisco. “Eatsa is reinventing fast food by combining the speed and affordability of fast food with the delicious flavors and nutritious ingredients of premium fast casual,” Tim Young says.
